Brasil Yellow Bourbon, Natural Process.
The Yellow Bourbon is a special variety because the coffee cherry is not red, but yellow. These beans are semi-washed, meaning the beans are washed and dried with the cherries still partially around them. This gives the bean a sweeter and more mocha-like flavor.
This Yellow Bourbon comes from the heart of Brazil, specifically from the Cerrado Mineiro region and is grown at an altitude of 800m to 1,300m. The Cerrado coffee growers federation includes approximately 3,500 farmers
who strive for sustainable coffee that is grown in a social, fair, and economic manner. Coffee Origin: Brazil Arabica Coffee NY 2/3 Screen 16+ Yellow Bourbon
